- Premium payment – we recommend you utilize your Bank’s Online Banking Facility to make payments to AIB. Our banking details are available here.
Please ensure to send a copy of your on-line payment receipt /confirmation, together with a photo of your ID (front & back) via:

Claim notification may be done via telephone, or email with scanned reports & supporting documents forwarded here. Original documents may be submitted subsequently.
Please be reminded that claim notification should be made promptly in keeping with policy requirements.
Claim Settlement –your Account Servicer will advise when your insurer’s payment is ready for collection.

Should you choose to visit our offices, we have installed drop boxes on the main floor at all branches that can be utilized to drop off cheques, claim forms, and any other correspondence.
