Gail John has 18 years’ experience in the health and life insurance industry. She began her career in 2006 in the Group Health department of a leading insurance company and later joined Cardea Benefits Limited as a Plan Administrator. Gail subsequently transitioned to Agostini Insurance Brokers in the Employee Benefits Department, where she continued to specialize in Group Health and Life insurance, applying her professionalism and expertise to support our diverse client base.

Gail holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of the West Indies and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business. As a Broker, she leverages her technical and practical experience in employee benefits to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of both organizations and their employees.

As Manager of the Employee Benefits Department, Gail leads a dedicated team responsible for administering client benefit programs ensuring seamless implementation and delivering exceptional service to clients while fostering a positive, supportive work environment.
