Ingrid Bowrin serves as the Manager of the Information Technology Department at Agostini Insurance Brokers Ltd., bringing over 25 years of experience to her role. Ingrid holds a BSc. in Information Systems with First Class Honours and is a certified Oracle Database Administrator. She is also an associate member of the Institute for the Management of Information Systems and Disaster Recovery Institute International.

Ingrid’s journey with AIB began 25 years ago, with her initial three years dedicated to Marine Cargo Underwriting and Claims Administration. Her aptitude for technology and systems management led to her appointment as Systems Administrator in 1998, where she took on the key responsibility of administering the core broking application. In recognition of her expertise and contributions, Ingrid was promoted to Information Technology Manager in 2007.

Throughout her tenure, Ingrid has developed a deep understanding of the company’s core business processes. This expertise has enabled her to lead and champion critical IT projects that have been instrumental in maintaining the growth, sustainability, and profitability of the organization. Ingrid’s leadership in the IT department continues to drive innovation and efficiency, ensuring that AIB remains at the forefront of technological advancements in the insurance industry.
