Desnor Paul is a seasoned finance and insurance professional who has been a vital part of Agostini Insurance Brokers Grenada Ltd. since 2007. She initially served as the Accounts Officer and Customer Service Representative, where she demonstrated exceptional skill in managing both client relations and financial operations. In 2011, Desnor transitioned to the parent company, Geo. F. Huggins & Co (G’da) Ltd., taking on the role of Assistant Chief Accountant/Supervisor. Her strong leadership and financial acumen led to her promotion in 2015 to Company Accountant, where she effectively managed the company’s accounting department while also overseeing the accounts of Agostini Insurance Brokers.

 

In February 2018, Desnor returned to Agostini Insurance Brokers Grenada Ltd. as Manager, where she now leads the day-to-day operations of the office. Her responsibilities include overseeing risk management for both corporate and individual clients, ensuring that all clients receive tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

 

Desnor holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and has earned academic qualifications from ACCA and the University of the West Indies (UWI). Her commitment to professional growth continues as she pursues the Advanced CII Qualification, further enhancing her expertise in the insurance industry.
